World’s New Youngest Billionaire

Not too long ago, I wrote a blog post about the world’s youngest billionaire. According to Forbes, for 2008, the world’s youngest billionaire is Mark Zuckerberg, founder of social networking site, Facebook. He is 23 years old and what is more significant is that his billionaire empire was entirely self-made, the youngest in world history according to some sources.

However that didn’t last long. According to a news post released by the LA Times on their blog, Miley Cyrus, known to many by her Disney persona Hannah Montana is going to be the world’s youngest billionaire by year’s end at the age of 15! Much like Mark, her fortune is mostly self made albeit she was made famous by Disney and her TV show including her songs. That is quite impressive. Billionaires are popping up everywhere these days and at a young age by the minute!
